Summer is in full swing and that means weekends at the lake and enjoying the outdoors.   • 10 Side plank thrusters per side

  • 1 minute mountain climbers

  • 1 minute elbow plank

  • 30 dead bugs

  • 30 russian twists

  • Repeat 5 times.

  • Followed by 20 minutes of cardio
