Join us for our six week workshop where we’ll go over all the fundamentals of each Olympic lift to get you prepared to hit all the PR’s!

Starting from the very basics to complex skills, we’ll teach you how to lift safely, efficiently and within your capabilities.

• breathing

• set-up

• equipment needs

• mobility limitations and exercises

• Olympic specific drills

• squats and deadlifts

• presses and jerks

• cleans and snatches

Classes will be one in length on Sundays at 11am.

We need a minimum of 5 people to register in order to run the workshop.

There is the option of doing in-person or virtual for this workshop.

The cost is $99 per person for the six week workshop.
